Crimson Crossing
Answer : Signing a lease is easy! Submit an application (in person or online), bring yourself and at least one roommate, place 50% of the security deposit down.
You do not have to make an appointment to sign up!

Answer : Lease start and end dates depend on the building you live in. The following are the move out dates for August 2009:
Building A&B move out August 12th
Building C,D & E move out August 13th
Building F&G move out August 14th
Building H,I & J move out August 15th |
Answer : Early move in is rarely possible due to previous year tenants still living in the unit. Unless you have set up a Sub-lease Agreement with an existing tenant, early move in is not possible. |

Answer : The Leasing Office is located on site in apartment F8 just off of Kinser Pike. Open Monday-Friday 10am-5pm, Saturday 1-4pm or by appointment. 812.333.5300 |
Answer : Stop by the office or email jamie@blackwellrentals.com to renew your lease. Make sure you bring at least one additional roommate with you to sign the renewal. |
Answer : Stop by the office during normal business hours; Mon-Fri 10a-5p and Sat 1-4p. A new permit is $10 and your old permit will be voided. |
Answer : We do not issue visitor parking passes. There are 45 visitor marked parking spaces on the property. |
Answer : We do not allow pets at Crimson Crossing although you may have an aquarium with up to 20 gallons of water. |
Answer : The closest bus stop to Crimson Crossing is the #6 Bloomington Transit. The bus picks up on N. Kinser Pike behind Building A approximately every 20 minutes.

Answer : The Miller-Showers Park is located directly across the street from Crimson Crossing on College Avenue. Cascades Park is approximately 1.5 miles north of Crimson Crossing on Old Hwy 37. |
